Return Policy – Kitchen N Go

We want you to love every product you buy from Kitchen N Go. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you’re eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, simply contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or wrong.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used kitchenware (e.g., opened utensils or food prep items)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
